Ai sensi e per gli effetti degli articoli 1341 e 1342 del Codice Civile le seguenti clausole delle Condizioni Generali di Vendita vengono esplicitamente approvate dal Cliente: 3. Esclusione del diritto di recesso o di modifiche; 4. Forza Maggiore; 5. Ambito di responsabilità; 6. Cessione del Titolo di Accesso; 7. Disposizioni in materia di salute e sicurezza - responsabilità per furti, smarrimenti e danni - assunzione e limitazione di responsabilità; 8. Reclami e decadenza; 9. Forme pubblicitarie a pagamento; 11. Legge applicabile e foro competente.
