Have you bought a ticket for an event subject to name registration and need to change the owner?

The name change procedure is permitted according to the times and methods defined directly by the Organizer, which will be published in the file dedicated to the event.

Did you buy from Clappit website?
Log in with your username, open the relevant order in the "My Orders" item, open the order and proceed with the name change.

The name change operation involves a cost of € 2.50 (VAT included) per single ticket.

On the day of the event, at the entrance, in addition to the ticket, you will also be asked for a valid identity document to verify the right to access, in case of a mismatch you will not be able to access the event and you will have no right to a refund.
