Ticket Resale

Have you purchased a ticket on Clappit or one of the sales pages linked to it, but you can no longer participate in the event?
On Clappit it is possible to re-sell one or more purchased tickets.

Timing
The timing of the resale (indicated on the event file and in your personal area) is indicated by the organizer of the event, for organizational reasons these dates may vary.

Cost
The resale service costs €5.00 per ticket.

Modality
To use the resale service it is necessary to be registered on the site (or on one of the sales pages connected to it).
The registered user who intends to use the Resale Service must log in with his/her credentials on the website www.clappit.com. The user who has purchased on a sales page linked to the Site will be able to access the Site using the credentials chosen for registration on that page.

Conditions
The resale is not guaranteed and will be successful only and only if the ticket is actually repurchased by another user.
In the event of a successful resale, an email will be sent to the Seller to inform him of the resale and the timing of the refund.
In the event of a successful resale, the original ticket will be canceled and will therefore no longer be valid for access to the event. Any attempt to enter with an invalid ticket will be prosecuted according to the law.
In the event that, within the expiry date of the resale term, the ticket is not purchased, the resale will be considered unsuccessful, and the ticket will still be considered valid for access to the event. It will still be possible to make a name change if you return within the timescales indicated by the organizer.
