Another important event that required the customization of the Clappit Expo Exhibitor web app is Grandi Langhe 2020, an event that will take place on 27th and 28th January 2020 in the city of Alba. The appointment, dedicated to the wine excellence of the Langhe, is dedicated to all professionals in the wine world.

The event, now in its fifth edition, is a unique opportunity reserved for workers in the sector, both national and international, to taste the local wines and make new trade agreements. For Grandi Langhe 2020, buyers, restaurateurs, sommeliers, wine shops, wine professionals and journalists from all over the world are expected to taste the best vintages of Barolo, Barbaresco, Dogliani, Roero and Diano.

Visitors
For Grandi Langhe, Clappit has created a bilingual private label, in Italian and English, mobile responsive. The visitors can register online to attend the event.
As requested by the organizer, the professional category of the visitor has been set as one of the mandatory fields. 
Depending on the type of visitor selected during registration, in agreement with the organizer, different passes are issued, immediately recognizable at sight, thanks also to the use of different colors. The pass is sent in print-at-home format. It can then be folded in four as shown on the pass itself and be inserted in a badge holder on the day of the event, to always be visible.

Expo Exhibitor 
As for the management of exhibitors and stands, Clappit imported a list of contacts provided by the organizer: the exhibitors. A customized e-mail is sent to each exhibitor, with the credentials and a dedicated link to access the web app.
On the application, the exhibitors can create passes for the stand staff, according to the numbers reserved by the organizer.
The web app always shows the updated number of passes already created and those still available. Passes can also be revoked, of course.

Wine lists
On the web app, exhibitors can register a list of wines that will be present at their stand at the event. This list can be modified up to a predefined date.
Once this list has been formalized, the organizer will then be able to collect the data of all the exhibitors and create a catalog with all the wine labels that can be tasted during the Grandi Langhe event.

Monitoring and material
With Clappit Expo Exhibitor it is also possible to extrapolate reports and monitor the passage of visitors to the stand. The reports, of different types, are detailed and downloadable in pdf or Excel format. Some examples: the number of visits for each stand, the data of the visitors who have registered, etc. Of course, Clappit provides access control kits to verify entry passes.
